Mally says:
Improving the look of dark circles under the eyes is one of the most demanded beauty secrets. With skin that's delicate, you need a gentle product that's shaded perfectly to correct the blue tones that so many women complain about. With a soft yellow shade, this under-eye brightener counteracts blue and leaves a brightened surface. This gel-like formula is virtually invisible to the naked eye, yet creates the illusion of flawless skin. It's lightweight, oil-free, and hydrating.

Sounds Good So Far Doesn't it? Keep Reading...

I'll be honest, initially, this was sort of a meeh, product for me. It wasn't that it was bad or anything, its just I'm usually not that big into corrector. Then I got a "travel sized" Under-Eye Brightener in a pen dispenser as a GWP from Ulta, and I fell in love.

Mally undereye brightener typically comes in a jar which contains either 11 or 14 grams. (I have to remember to check later.) Either way, that's a hell of a lot of any concealer or corrector, especially a silicone based one. By comparison, look at Mac Prep + Prime Highlighter Pen which costs $24 for 3.4ml. Mally Under eye Brightener is less than half the price of that!

I know what you're thinking, what good is a bargain if its a poor quality product? I agree with that 100%, but I can promise you, that if used correctly, Mally Under Eye Brightener is far from a poor quality product.

The key is, to use a very small amount. It lends part of its gel-like consistency to silicone, so do not try to use this over a silicone primer. The whole idea is that your skin needs to absorb it, so you can absolutely use this in lieu of, of, if you have very oily skin, use this under a primer, but I would recommend not using a primer, and just using the Under-Eye Brighter under your eyes and anywhere else you want a little brightening action.

You don't need alot, a small amount will suffice. If you have the jar, unfortunately the packaging encourages too much product to be removed, so you'll need some awareness. Start with the smallest amount possible and add a tiny bit more if need be. Just remember, this is not a concealer. You don't want the yellow of the under eye brightener to be noticeable, you want it to mesh with your skin and neutralize dark circles so that your foundation (and concealer) can do more work with less product.

You can also use this as a highlighter on your cheekbones under (or over) your foundation!

If you have an interest in brighteners or highlighters, I would definitely say check this one out!
