Estee Lauder claims that their Daywear BB Creme is a one-sized fits all miracle product that will "moisturize, protect, and perfect" all at once.

Mac Prep + Prime Beauty Balm SPF 35, Clinique Age Defense BB Cream, Bobbi Brown BB Cream, Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream, Estee Lauder Clear Difference BB Cream, and many other Lauder Company BB & CC Creams.
(Plus the newest Fall 2014 release of the first EE Cream from Lauder.)
Each Lauder owned company puts their own spin on the BB Cream formula but the original Daywear BB Cream does include a heavy dose of anti-oxidants that aren't found in all of the above mentioned formulas.
On the down side, it also includes some added fragrance which is the standard Daywear Cucumber-melon scent.
The formula itself will leave your skin moisturized with a satin finish and it can be used under makeup but you may find that it adds too much unwanted shine; particularly if you have oily skin.
Lauder claim thats while Daywear Beauty Balm provides superior hydration it also has "oil-control" capabilities...
Needless to say, claiming that a product can provide the utmost hydration AND control oil at the same time is a little bit ridiculous. Sure, you can have a balanced formula that won't add to oily skin or emphasize dry patches, but you can't have one product that's a miracle worker for all types of skin,
It's a decent BB Cream overall, but it's not spectacular or a "must try" BB Cream.
Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream or their Camera Ready CC Cream are both similar formulas that also have skincare ingredients and are fragrance free and CRUELTY FREE, making them a morally responsible option to the Estee Lauder selection!
