This foundation doesn't have the extreme claims of the ELF Moisturizing Foundation Stick, and its formula is very similar in base ingredients to the ELF Complete Coverage Concealer, but.....
Overall, I like it... alot.
I am actually quite surprised by how much I like it. I normally don't love cream to powder foundations as they are usually silicone based and I find them drying, but this one, while claiming to be cream to powder, lacks that drying matte finish, yet it not nearly as heavy feeling as your typical emollient based complexion products.

In fact, I'll go so far as to say that it is one of the lightest cream foundations which in no way sacrifices coverage since it is a very pigmented formula.
I don't know that it would be the best for oily skin, but I don't think any emollient formula would be, despite any marketing claims. That being said, for the price point ($7 but only $3.50 during a sale), it's worth trying no matter your skin type.
It blends better than ELF Complete Coverage Concealer, much better actually, and covers just as well. I ordered it in Sand and found it to be too dark so I ordered Porcelain. Both have distinctive yellowish undertones despite the fact that Porcelain is made for "people with equal yellow and pink undertones," in the ELF Maximum Cover Concealer.
I personally like the yellow, but many people won't. (If you want pink undertones, check out ELF's Moisturizing Foundation Stick.)
Coverage is fabulous and it lasts all day on normal skin by itself, but may need to be set with powder on oily skin. Packaging is surperb as there is a very decent quality sponge and mirror housed in a half inch thick compact. (Although fingers work just as well to apply it.)
All in all, a fabulous product and worth picking up if you match one of the 6 shades offered and if you don't have a match it's probably worth order a couple to custom mix your ideal shade- especially at this price!
