Mally Evercolor Starlight Waterproof Eyeliners claim to bring rich color that won't fade, smudge, or chip away and will last all day!
When I first tried Mally's Starlight Eyeliner, I knew it was love. The formula is absolutely perfect. They allow plenty of time (but not too much time) to blend before setting to a rich, vibrant finish and they absolutely won't fade or wear away throughout the day.
With my deep-set hooded eyes, smudging eyeliner is ALWAYS a big concern no matter what type of formula I use; but that's not an issue anymore with Starlight Waterproof!
The shade range for the Starlight Liners can be a little overwhelming and Mally is always switching the lineup around, but at the time of this posting she has about 24 shades to choose from which is pretty impressive. (I only have 9 swatched below.)

Her shades range from the blackest black to a pale shimmery pink. Some of the shades are matte and some have a hint of sparkle and some are full of glitter so there's bound to be something for everyone!
My one complaint was always that Mally didn't offer an olive shade but now that I'm looking at the list she DOES have an olive shade available so I'll be ordering that with my next Mally haul!
A few of the colors (primarily the lighter shades) may take a coat or two to get the desired level of pigment, but that's true with all lighter-colored shades for most makeup products.
Some people may not like the fact that Starlight Eyeliners are a traditional pencil and need to be sharpened and that is a legitimate concern, BUT because of the formula and how smoothly they apply you really only need to sharpen them about once a week
If you're looking for a fantastic eyeliner that won't break the bank, is Cruelty Free, will last all day without smudging, and comes in a rainbow of colors, definitely check out Mally's Starlight Eyeliners.
