Do you have oily skin? Do you live in a humid climate or one with humid summers? Do you have blemishes or dark circles or red marks or acne? Do you have any skin imperfections what so ever?
If you answered Yes to any of these questions, go and get yourself Mally's Conditioning Cancellation Concealer!
You should keep reading to find out more!
I just started reminding myself of every commercial for a prescription drug which starts out with generic questions everyone can answer and ends with "risk of stroke, suicidal actions, violence & in rare cases death..."
Oh this world we live in... at least the FDA mandates & regulates claims made by drug companies.....but when will they start regulating cosmetic companies?
Until they do, this means that we, as consumers will have to work a little harder at finding reputable & honest companies who make genuine & substantiated claims to purchase from.
So does Mally & her Conditioning Cancellation Concealer fit?
Mally Cancellation Conditioning Concealer doesn't pretend to be a miracle product, it only claims to be a good concealer.
Here's what Mally says:
"This creamy concealer melts into your skin making blemishes disappear and your skin look fresh and bright. Mally's Cancellation Conditioning Concealer is designed to condition, so it instantly hydrates your skin and will never flake or peel. Blendable and light, it's skin conditioning and flawless coverage with SPF 25, all in one gorgois water-resistant formula."
Anyways, Conditioning Cancellation Concealer SPF 25, is a spin off from Mally's Cancellation Concealer System, which is a three piece kit that includes a creamy emollient concealer, setting powder, and a dual ended brush. I adore the original Cancellation Concealer, and I love the Conditioning Cancellation Concealer equally as much, but the two serve two very different needs.
I'll be honest, I wish that the names of the two were switched as I think that would simplify things for the average consumer. Mally Cancellation Concealer System is emollient, so it is, to an extent, moisturizing. Mally Conditioning Cancelltion Concealer is a long wearing formula and will work fabulously on oily skin. It's not drying by any means; especially for this type of formula, but I think that the names may be slightly misleading.
That being said, this isn't an intentionally misleading marketing claim since there's nothing to be gained from a customer choosing the wrong product, so I won't move Mally to the "deceptive" column.
Anyways, what it is, is a fabulous concealer with a stupendous long wearing formula. It's almost like a "new & improved" take on a typical long-wearing formula since I incur none of the typical issues of cracking or patchiness caused by these concealers on my normal-dry skin. If you have oily skin, this concealer is an ABSOLUTE must try. I promise you won't be disappointed!
If you have dry skin, in the past if you've tried a long-wearing concealer you have probably experienced the separating patches & cracking I referred to above since that it the trade off of a product designed to work with well moisturized skin.
Luckily, Mally did a great job with the formula and, while Revlon claims to have a "soft flex" technology in their Colorstay Foundation, Mally seems to have actually nailed it with her Cancellation Concealer by including numerous skin softening and nourishing ingredients.
Coverage is absolutely superb and you can easily achieve full coverage with very little product which means a more natural looking full coverage in a formula suitable for use under eyes or over blemishes.!
Five shades are available. Light, which is a hair to dark for me, will likely suit NC20 skintones perfectly and Fair matches my NC10 skin perfectly!
Overall, Mally Conditioning Cancellation Concealer is absolutely positively one of, if not my all time favorite, long-wearing concealer formula and its definitely my number one recommendation for those who are looking for a Cruelty Free alternative to one of the dozens out there like
MakeUp ForEver Full Cover Concealer,
Shiseido Cream Concealer,
MAC Pro Longwear Concealer,or
Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer (Liquid),
